A message from Notary2u2 – My name is Brenda Sanchez, owner of Notary2u2, residing in La Mirada, and a native of southern California. I’m honored to be a member of the Chamber of Commerce and I’m excited to offer professional notary services to our community.  With a diverse background in management, customer service, and accounting, along with meaningful experience as a Funeral Director-I bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction. My personal experience assisting my elderly grandmother with her finances inspired me to ensure that others in similar situations receive the best notarial services. I began my notary career in 2003, providing general notary work, loan signings, and apostille services on a part-time basis.

Now an empty nester with three adult children, one of whom proudly gave me the title of “Marine Mom”—three wonderful grandchildren, and a beloved fur baby, I now have more time to focus on my Notary profession. During the years of raising my family, we remained deeply involved in the community, participating in church activities, local sports programs, and the Department of Education. Where I voluntarily served as secretary and played a role in launching a pre-school program.  I enjoy hiking, going to the lake or beach, collecting rocks, and spending any chance I can with my family and fiancé.

I’m here to help with your document needs, as a mobile notary I can meet you at your location or if you prefer an in-office by appointment only-I offer both options. I am fully licensed including a business license in the city of La Mirada, insured, NNA background-checked, fingerprinted and a member of the American Association of Notaries.

A message from 100% Chiropractic – Helping others has always been at the heart of who I am. After graduating from chiropractic college, I began working in a school setting with the special needs population. That experience helped shape my approach to care—meeting people where they are with patience, compassion, and intention.

I later moved to San Diego to work as a chiropractor in a practice that specialized in complex cases, particularly with individuals with special needs. It was a powerful chapter in my journey where I saw firsthand how chiropractic can make a profound difference in the lives of those who often need it most.

Eventually, I returned to Orange County to be with my fiancée and to help open the 100% Chiropractic office here in La Habra. We’ve now been part of this community for over two years, and I’ve been truly humbled by how welcoming and supportive everyone has been. I love being part of La Habra—getting to know local families, building lasting relationships, and becoming a small but meaningful part of people’s health journeys.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me outdoors camping, enjoying time in nature, walking my dogs, working on my model trains, or simply spending time with my fiancée.
