16 Jan Chamber featured in La Mirada Business News
The city of La Mirada featured the La Mirada Chamber in the winter 2020 issue of the La Mirada Business News newsletter. The article highlights recent changes within the Chamber that included re-branding with a new logo, website, and social media platform that enhance services. The Chamber executive team presented a forward-thinking business plan to the city council during a fall study session. After the presentation, City officials approved sponsorship of the Chamber at the “Elite Chamber Champion” level. The Chamber looks forward to working in partnership with the city in fulfilling its vision of being an advocate for a vibrant and prosperous economy and outstanding quality of life for our local business community and members.
The Business News newsletter, published quarterly, is designed to provide businesses with information on the City’s programs and services, local projects, and La Mirada’s business climate. The winter issue also highlights La Mirada’s 2019 ‘Most Business-Friendly City’ award presented by The Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC). The LAEDC recognizes cities that create opportunities for businesses to prosper and help spur economic development in their communities.
