Ally Hernandez Special Guest at Chamber Breakfast

We are pleased to welcome Ally Hernandez as our guest speaker.

Ally Hernandez serves as a Public Affairs Representative at the Water Replenishment District, California’s largest groundwater agency, where she leads the Eco Gardener Program and founded the Groundwater Academy to educate elected officials on groundwater management and conservation. Her role centers on providing educational resources and programs that help the community—including local businesses—understand and implement sustainable water practices.

Her professional experience spans the U.S. Congress, California Senate, and City of Norwalk Parks and Recreation Commission, where she served two terms as Chairperson. Ally’s outreach work emphasizes expanding educational opportunities, mentorship, and community engagement to improve the well-being of Southeast Los Angeles communities.
